Senator Trump moved to amend the amendment on page thirteen, section five, line three hundred five, after the word “not” by adding a colon followed by the phrase: “Provided, That this provision shall not require a public official to recuse himself or herself from voting when he or she is required by statute or other applicable law to be a board member of the nonprofit”.
